Intellective Routing Filters

Intellective Routing Filters allow you to control the Contacts that are routed to a User or a Team. You can create Routing Filters based on rules and clauses, or Geolocation Filters based on areas you create on a map using each Contact’s latitude/longitude.

Once you create any Intellective Routing Filter you must first assign it to a User or a Team on the Filter Assignment page before Contacts start to route.
