How do I add an external agent calendar to set appointments to?

To add an external agent calendar:

  1. Login as an Admin
  2. Select Project
  3. Go to Workflow/Routing
  4. Under Appointment Setting select Manage External Agents
  5. Go to the “Add External Agent” section and enter the agent's information (Time Zone and Area Code are required)
  6. Click on the Add button
