I have an administrator license but I can’t add a user. Why?

Only an Account Admin Combo user can manage user licenses.  If you can not add a user, a recording license, or an auto-dialing license because the boxes are grayed out, then you are have a basic Admin Combo license.

To be upgraded to an Account Admin Combo have your Account Admin request a user upgrade by submitting a request through their support portal, emailing support@vanillasoft.com or calling the support line at 866-763-8826 option 2.
