How do I manage the Result Codes that show in the Quick Result Call box?

To manage the Result Codes that show in the Quick Result Call box:

  1. Login as an Admin
  2. Select Project
  3. Go To Routing
  4. Select Result Codes
  5. Select Quick Result Call
  6. Choose either show the first 8 eligible* Result Codes or Let me choose which Result Code to show.
  7. If choosing Result Codes, select the Team first to see the eligible* Result Codes (Note that Result Codes will need to be selected for all Teams individually).
  8. Save Changes

*The eligible Result Codes are those that do not require an addtional action.  Result Codes with the following properties are NOT eligible:

  • Scheduling a callback or appointment
  • User Choice for Lead Status Change
  • User Choice for User Assignment
  • Result codes which have an associated data collection prompt

Note: To update the Sort Order of the Quick Results when First 8 choices are selected go to the main Result Code page, update the Sort Order of the Result Codes utilizing the Sort column.
