Why is there a long delay between my contacts routing?

Delays in routing to the next contact could mean one of three things:

1) The computer is too slow, has too many other programs open, or just needs a reboot.
2) The browser is too slow, typically due to a large number of toolbars/extensions/etc.
3) Your internet speed is either too slow or has periods where it's strained and doesn't deliver the normal speeds.

First, please try rebooting your computer.   If you notice no difference in speed after a reboot, contact support to help trouble shoot if it is your browser speed.  To determine your internet speed you can go to http://www.speedtest.net/, select the nearest server, and let us know what your upload/download speeds are.
