To set unique "Reply and From" email address for all emails sent from a project:
- Login as an Admin
- Select Project
- Go to Email & Docs
- Go To Configure Sender Email Addresses
- From this page you can define the "Reply and From" email address that will be used when an email is sent from this particular project.
First option: the sender's email address as defined in their user profile will be used.
Second option: allows you to define one unique email address that will be used for all emails sent from the project.
Third option: allows you to define a project-specific email address for each user. If this option is selected and an email address is not defined for a particular user any emails sent by that user will take the email address from the user's profile.
Note: If your VanillaSoft Users are set up using a 3rd party Email server, your server may reject Emails sent from the Email addresses entered on this page because the "Sender" email address does not belong to the account provided. The best way to determine if this will happen with your email server is to send a test email.
