Does Vanillasoft store the sent emails?

When an email is sent using VanillaSoft's Web Email Form a copy of the email will be stored and can be accessed by clicking on the ‘Emails’ tab on the contact page. Any attachments that have been sent can also be viewed.

If an email is sent using Desktop Email Application (a third-party application), VanillaSoft will display the date the email was sent along with the name of the email template that was selected. The actual email is not saved.

Emails sent in reply to an email from VanillaSoft will go to the email client of the return address, not into VanillaSoft.
