You have several options to customize your outbound Caller ID display:
- For a simple change to a different phone number please go to Submit a Request above to contact support with what line you want updated and the number that CallerID needs to be changed to.
- If you need to change or add a display name (text) on your outbound Caller ID, please contact your account representative with the request as this will incur an extra cost and may take up to 2 weeks to process.
- If you will be updating the Caller ID often, contact support to enable your access to the CallerID Manager feature. This will give you the ability to change your CallerID on the fly. After enabled by support:
- Login to ConnectMe Voice
- Go To Control Panel
- Go to CallerID
- Data enter desired CallerID for corresponding extension
- Save All
