How do I use “My Routing Filters” on the salesperson side?

To filter my contacts as a Caller:

  1. Login as a Caller
  2. Go to My CRM (if tab not available see your Admin)
  3. Go To My Routing Filters (if tab not available see your Admin)
  4. Select Routing Filter Field
  5. Select or data enter the desired value of the field
  6. Click Add to List
  7.  Repeat 4,5 and 6 for any additional fields to filter by
  8. Save
