Allowing data entry of comments on the contact page while still talking to the contact may be enabled by doing the following:
- Login as an Admin
- Select the Project
- Go to Page Layout, Panel Layout
- Select Comments from Available Tabs and select Panel number and ADD
A Comments box will now appear as a tab in the chosen panel on the Conatct page
NOTE: Please be aware that the contents typed into the box are only saved when the call is resulted. If the user either logs off, or switches to another contact (i.e. searches for a contact and selects one) before resulting, the contents of the box will be lost.
