How to listen to Call Recordings

There are 3 ways to listen to call recordings.  From the Admin interface you may query recordings or search a contact to listen to recordings of that contact.  You may also enable a Caller or Limited user to listen to recordings from the Caller interface when they serve in a supervisor or verifier role.  Below are instructions for each place:

Admin Query Call Recordings:

  1. Login as an Admin
  2. Select Project
  3. Go to Dialing & Recording
  4. Select Audio Review
  5. Enter the criteria for filtering down to recordings you want to listen to
  6. Click on the play icon

Admin Listen by Contact:

  1. Login as an Admin
  2. Select Project
  3. Search and select the contact
  4. Go to Audio Review

Caller/Limited User Interface:

  • Step 1: First enable the user to have this feature
  1. Login as Admin
  2. Go to Users
  3. Select User
  4. Checkmark the box Caller Side Audio Review
  • Step 2: Listening from Caller interface
  1. Login as Caller
  2. Go To My CRM
  3. Select Audio Review
  4. Enter the criteria for filtering down to recordings you want to listen to
  5. Click on the play icon
