How to Set-up Call Recording in your VanillaSoft Account- Step 1

First recording must be enabled in the project.  To do this:

  1. Login as an Admin
  2. Select project
  3. Go to Dialing & Recording
  4. In Project Details, for Recording select "Yes"
  5. Save

Next you need to select which calls you would like to save.  To do this:

  1. Go to Routing
  2. Select Result Codes
  3. In the Save Recording column, check the Result Codes of the calls you wish to save
  4. Save

Make sure the users you wish to record have licenses (Note, you are charged for each recording license)  To do this:

  1. Go to Users
  2. Go to Manage User Licenses
  3. In the Call Recording column, check the users you wish to record
  4. Save

All the above is universal for all VanillaSoft accounts.  The last portion on your set up depends on your recording device.  For:
