How to auto-dial a long distance code after a phone number

To auto-dial a long distance code after a phone number you can enter a Post-Dial number by individual user.  To add a Post-Dial number:

  1. Login as Admin
  2. Go To Users
  3. Select User
  4. Go To Post-Dial field in Dialing Information section
  5. Data enter the code number with commas in front to create a pause.  Start with 4 commas (ex: ,,,,564).  Test to make sure the pause time this creates is correct.  Your system may require more or less commas for the correct pause time.

Note:  This will work with most TAPI systems
