Why don't I have a place to set-up dialing in My Information tab?

Check with your administrator to make sure they have added an auto-dialing license for you.

  1. Account Admins can add a dialing license by:
  2. Login as an Admin
  3. Go to Users
  4. Go to Manage User Licenses
  5. Check mark the associated box in the auto-dialing column
  6. Save
