I can't see all of my Call History

This could be because an Admin has restricted the number of Call Histories to be shown.  Either contact your Admin or if you have Admin rights:

  1. Login as Admin
  2. Select Project
  3. Go to Routing
  4. Select Result Codes
  5. At the bottom of the page look to see the options:
    • Only show "5" most recent Call History Results to callers
    • Hide "No Contact" Call History from Callers.
  6. If either option has a checkmark then the corresponding Call Histories are being suppressed
  7. If this was unintentional uncheck the box/es
  8. Save
