Allow Callers Access to Reports

Reports can be run from both the Admin side as well as the Caller side of VanillaSoft. By default, all Admins have access to run reports. If a Caller needs to run a report, this would need to be configured by an Admin. 

 

Allow Callers Access to Reports 

  1. Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.

  2. Select Users from the top menu.

  3. Check the MyReports Page box for the desired User.

  4. Once done, click Save.

  5. Select Projects from the top menu.

  6. Select the Project where the report(s) reside.

  7. Open the Contacts & Reports menu and select the Basic Reporting section.

  8. Check the Show in Caller's My Reports page box for the desired report(s).

  9. Once done, click Save.

The desired report(s) should now be accessible from the Caller side of VanillaSoft.
