Closed contacts in VanillaSoft must be reopened before they can be brought back into the calling queue. To re-open closed contacts:
- Login as an Admin
- Select your Project
- Go to Contact Management (under Contacts and Reports)
- Go to Build a New Query
- Select the criteria that brings up the closed contacts that you would like to reopen. Be sure to include the ClosedFlag field in the query.
- Run Query
- Go to Perform Task
- Select Update Contacts
- Check the box next to the ClosedFlag field and set the value to False
- Update
The contacts are now open. To "Flag" these contacts to be placed into the Call Queue:
- Go to Perform Task
- Select Flag Contacts
- OK
Your contacts have now been "Opened" and "Flagged". They will now route automatically.
