Dates are displayed in many areas of VanillaSoft including call history, appointments, reports, etcetera. You can define how these dates are displayed to the viewer.

To format the date fields for your account:

1. Login as an Account Admin
2. Go to My Account
3. Select the desired Date Format from the Date Format field in the Account Options section
4. Click Update Projects button if you want all of your current projects to use the selected Date Format.

Note: The date format that you have selected will be the default for all new projects. This can be overwritten on the project settings page.
