What do the different colored balls mean on the dashboard?

The balls on the dashboard reflect how long it has been since the user resulted a call.

The different colors mean:

greenlight.png The last contact was resulted less than 10 minutes ago

yellowlight.pngThe last contact was resulted 10 to 20 minutes ago

redlight.pngThe last contact was resulted more than 20 minutes ago
