You are able to check the status and conversation of all of your existing support tickets, even if that ticket has been closed. This is a great way to refer back to steps that were taken to resolve an issue, or just see an overview of what was done in the past.
To view your support tickets:
1. Log in to your VanillaSoft profile.
2. In the top-right corner, click Support.
3. From the top-right corner, click on your name, then select My Activities
Here you will see a list of all of your support tickets, both open and closed.
