Add files to your Document Library to use as an email attachment or just to store for later use. For more information on your file as an attachment to an email template, view our Attach a File to an Email Template article.
Add File to Document Library
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
- Select the desired Project.
- Open the Email, SMS & Docs menu and select the Document Library section.
- In the Import Document section, click Choose File and select the desired file you wish to import.
- Type a Description of the file.
- Click the green plus icon to add the file to your Document Library.
- If the import was successful, you should now see your file in the Imported Documents section.
