I am expecting to see a call script in the Contact page on the Script panel. Why isn't it there?
It may not be there because your administrator may not have assigned that call script to the Team you are currently assigned to or the Lead Status of the Contact you are currently viewing.
To correct this, an admin will need to:
- Sign in as an Administrator.
- Click on the Projects menu on the top left and select a Project.
- Click on the Field Customization menu and select Call Scripts.
- Select Assign Scripts to Teams or Lead Status option from the left menu bar.
- Select either Team or Lead Status from Scripts are shown to Callers based on.
- Assign scripts to the missing Team/s or Lead Status/es by choosing the correct option from the drop-down.
- Click the Save button.
