When call recordings are uploaded into your VanillaSoft account depends if your are using VanillaSoft VoIP phone lines or your own phone service provider:
VanillaSoft's VoIP:
VanillaSoft uploads these files from the VoIP servers. VanillaSoft servers check for available call recordings once every minute to upload.
When a call recording is "available" for uploading depends on factors such as number and length of recordings. Depending on traffic, this could be anywhere from 5 minutes up to 30 minutes. For the first 30 minutes after the contact is resulted, the server checks every 5 minutes. After 30 minutes, checks are done every 30 minutes for the next 24 hours. After 24 hours the recording is no longer checked for.
Your own phone service provider:
VanillaSoft uploads these recordings locally from your computer. VanillaSoft checks for call recordings immediately after each contact is resulted. If a recording is found, the upload process starts immediately and can continue to upload while the user is working on the next contact.
However, a quick logout or a switch to the admin side after a call recording has started uploading can disrupt the process stopping it from uploading. To ensure these call recordings are captured later, every time a contact is resulted the application will look for the last 10 missing recordings, and if found will upload them at that time.
