My call recordings are listed as "Not Uploaded"?

If you are using Internet Explorer10 you may need to switch your browser to Compatibility Mode.  To do this:

  1. Go to www.vanillasoft.net
  2. Go to Tools in the Internet Explorer 10 web browser
  3. Select Compatibility View Settings
  4. Check mark  the "Display all websites in Compatibility View"
  5. Close
