To cancel a call back or appointment from a calendar another result code needs to be entered to that Contact's call history.
- Login as a Caller
- Search the contact or double click the entry from the calendar
- Select new Result Code
The scheduled call or appointment will now be deleted. The history of the entry will be saved in the Call History table. It may be found in the field called Appointment on the Contact page or the field called CallBackDateTime in custom reports.
