When you log in to the Caller side of VanillaSoft, you should be presented with a contact in which you can begin calling/emailing as desired. However, if you log in and are greeted with the message "You have not been assigned to a Project. Please contact your VanillaSoft Administrator." then this means you have not been assigned to any of the available projects and will need to reach out to your Administrator within your company.
Note: This is not something that VanillaSoft Support can change. Only your Admin would be able to make the needed changes to correct this.
If you are an Administrator and looking to assign a project to a user, you must:
1. Log in to the Admin side of VanillaSoft.
2. Click on Users from the top-left corner of your page.
3. Find the user in need of being assigned.
4. In the Select Project column, open the drop-down menu and select the desired project.
5. If you would like to specify the Team as well, you can select this in the Team column.
5. Click Save
The user is now assigned to a project. The user will now need to either refresh their page, or log out and back in for the changes to take affect.
