VanillaSoft is designed to run from many different browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Apple Safari. If you notice that VanillaSoft isn't loading properly or you are having issues with freezing, here are some common causes/fixes:
Add-ons or toolbars installed that conflict with VanillaSoft:
If you have any add-ons, toolbars, or extensions installed, you can try to disable them and reload VanillaSoft. A few toolbars that are known to cause issues are Yahoo, AOL, and MyWebSearch. If you're having issues with VanillaSoft loading, disabling these may resolve the issue for you.
Issues with your browser's cache:
If you notice that certain areas of VanillaSoft aren't loading properly, it may be caused by your browser's cache.
