VanillaSoft freezes or will not load properly. What should I do?

If you are experiencing freezing or loading issues with Vanillasoft please make sure you do not have any extra toolbars installed in Internet Explorer. Some toolbars can cause problems with the Vanillasoft application. Yahoo, AOL and MyWebSearch are just a few of the toolbars that can stop Vanillasoft from working properly. If you have such toolbars please uninstall them. Close your browser and open up a new one.

The Google toolbar does not conflict with the Vanillasoft application.
