If I already have VS VoIP lines with area codes do they work with SmartCaller ID?

If a phone number is dialed in an area code which you have not purchased a pointer number with SmartCaller ID then the Caller ID will simply show the number of the DID number of the caller.

Pointer numbers are put into the SmartCaller ID pool to match to numbers dialed.  Your personal VoIP phone numbers are DID (Direct Inward Dialed) and dedicated to an individual.
