You can use this feature to remind users to collect missing data from Other Info Custom Fields when they result a contact. To set up data prompts:
- Login as Admin
- Select Project
- Go to Field Customization
- Select Data Collection Prompts
- Select the Result Code for which the prompt should appear
- Select the set of fields for which data should be collected when the Result Code is chosen
- Check the Mandatory box on fields for which data must absolutely be provided before resulting
- Save
Note: Now, when a user selects a Result Code and clicks Save, the data collection prompt will appear. Fields that are Mandatory can not be left blank to move past this screen.
