By default, VanillaSoft displays all default Contact Fields while on the Caller side. As an Admin, you have the ability to modify which fields are or are not shown to your Callers. If a field is not shown on the Caller side, the information in that field is still stored; just the field is not visible to the Callers. Follow the steps below to modify the visible Contact Fields.
Modify Visible Contact Fields
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
- Select the desired Project.
- Open the Page Layout menu and select the Contact Fields section.
- Check or uncheck any fields you would like to modify its visibility as desired.
- Once done, click Save.
The visible Contact Fields have now been modified. Callers will only be able to see the fields that are checked while on the Contact page. For a Caller to see all of a Contact's information, they can click Edit to see all available fields.
