Configure User Restrictions

Only Account Admin may perform User Restrictions.  To restrict a User from having access from certain projects or teams:

  1. Login as an Account Administrator
  2. Go to Users
  3. Select the User you wish to apply restrictions to
  4. Go to the Switching Restrictions section at the bottom of the page
  5. Instead of selecting projects/teams to restrict you will actually be selecting the project/teams to which the user will have access
  6. First select the project to which the user should be allowed to have access to
  7. You can then select certain teams within that project to add to the allowed list.  If no specific teams are selected, then the user will have access to all teams within the project
  8. Once all projects and teams have been selected, click Save
