How to automatically attach a document to an Email Template

Note: Email sent through VanillaSoft's Web Email Form include pre-defined attachments. Email sent using Desktop Email Application (a third-party application) can not include pre-defined attachments.

To attach a document to an email template:

  1. Login as an Admin
  2. Select Project
  3. Go to Email&Docs
  4. Select Email Template
  5. Scroll to bottom of page and select the document from your Document Library and move to Attached to this Email
  6. Save
