Which Fields can be inserted into Call Scripts?

When creating Call Scripts, you have the option to insert or merge Contact Variables.

When you click Insert Contact Variables on the Call Script page, the pop-up window actually contains more than just contact variables. You can insert/merge the following types of data into your call scripts:

Contact Fields All available default and custom fields
User Fields Examples: User First Name, phone and email fields
Phone Fields Examples: Business or Mobile
Other Info Fields Examples: Website and other custom fields
Call History Fields Examples: Last Call Date, Last Result
