When creating Call Scripts, you have the option to insert or merge Contact Variables.
When you click Insert Contact Variables on the Call Script page, the pop-up window actually contains more than just contact variables. You can insert/merge the following types of data into your call scripts:
Contact Fields | All available default and custom fields |
User Fields | Examples: User First Name, phone and email fields |
Phone Fields | Examples: Business or Mobile |
Other Info Fields | Examples: Website and other custom fields |
Call History Fields | Examples: Last Call Date, Last Result |
