First recording must be enabled in the project. To do this:
- Login as an Admin
- Select project
- Go to Dialing & Recording
- In Project Details, for Recording select "Yes"
- Save
Next you need to select which calls you would like to save. To do this:
- Go to Routing
- Select Result Codes
- In the Save Recording column, check the Result Codes of the calls you wish to save
- Save
Make sure the users you wish to record have licenses (Note, you are charged for each recording license) To do this:
- Go to Users
- Go to Manage User Licenses
- In the Call Recording column, check the users you wish to record
- Save
All the above is universal for all VanillaSoft accounts. The last portion on your set up depends on your recording device. For:
