How To Add a Comment

To add a comment to a contact, simply type your notes/comments in the comment panel. This panel is usually shown as the right-most panel just beside the list of Result Codes. Once your comments have been typed into the comment panel, and all other work has been done on the contact, you can select the appropriate Result Code to save your comment. At this point, you comments will be shown in the Call History of the contact in the Notes section.
