How to enable CTI Screen Pops for inbound calls

Besides the VanillaSoft Lead Management Platform, VanillaSoft Dialing licenses and our VoIP service has to be in place (Additional charges apply if you do not already utilize these services)

To enable CTI Screen Pops for inbound calls:

  1. Login as Account Admin
  2. Go to Account
  3. Check mark the enabled box for Incoming Call Notifications
  4. Save

Screen pops will now be enabled for users that have their dialing licenses set up with VanillaSoft VoIP (ConnectMe Voice) credentials while they are logged into their VanillaSoft account as a caller.
