Knowing your VanillaSoft VoIP number is crucial as it is used to log in to VS Connect and used in many other areas. If you are unsure what your VanillaSoft VoIP number is, you can find this information in your user profile. If you have yet to install VS Connect, you can do so by following our Download and Install VS Connect article.

Find VoIP Number as an Admin
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
- From the menu at the top, select Users.
- Click on the desired Username.
- Scroll down to the Dialing Information section.
- The VoIP number is listed in the ConnectMeVoice Number field.
In this example, the Agent would use the following credentials to log in to VS Connect:
Username: 12484345508@vanillasoft.com
Password: 12484345508
If there is an extension assigned (example ext 123), the following credentials would be needed to log in to VS Connect:
Username: 12484345508.123@vanillasoft.com
Password: 12484345508.123
Find VoIP Number as a Caller
- Log in to VanillaSoft as a Caller
- Click on your Username in the top-right corner.
- Select Dialing Info from the left-hand pane.
- The VoIP number is listed in the ConnectMeVoice Number field.
In this example, the Agent would use the following credentials to log in to VS Connect:
Username: 12484345508@vanillasoft.com
Password: 12484345508
If there is an extension assigned (example ext 123), the following credentials would be needed to log in to VS Connect:
Username: 12484345508.123@vanillasoft.com
Password: 12484345508.123
Note: If you do not see the Dialing Info section, this is because your Admin has restricted access to this section. You would need to reach out to your Admin to get further assistance.
