Changing Division Leaders for USHA Agents

Within the USHA division, there are many division leaders that you could sign up under. If you accidentally signed up under the wrong division leader, or you are switching to a new division leader, you will need to follow these 4 steps in order to sing up under the correct division leader:


Step 1 - Change your Username

You will need to change your current username in order to sign up using that your email address otherwise you will not be able to use this email address for the new division.


To change your username

  1. Click on your username in the top-right corner.
  2. Modify what is listed in the Username field (by adding a character before your username).
  3. Click Save

Note: If you do not have access to making this change, you will need to reach out to your account administrator to make this change.


Step 2 - Deactivate Current Account

  1. Click on your username in the top-right corner.
  2. Go into the Payment Info section.
  3. Select the Cancel VanillaSoft Account button.
  4. Once this is confirmed, your current account has been deactivated.


Step 3 - Sign Up Under New Division Leader

  1. Navigate to the USHA Registration Form.
  2. Fill out all information making sure to select the new division leader.
  3. Once complete, click Create Account.

Note: If you see a red box around the email address field, this indicates that the email address entered is invalid or is already in our database. If this is the case, you will have to either use a different email address to sign up (which can be changed later) or reach out to Technical Support, by calling 866-763-8826 option 2 or emailing, to get the username released. 


Step 4 - Contact Accounting

Now that you have signed up for your second time, you will need to reach out to Accounting, by calling 866-763-8826 option 3 or emailing, so they can correct any duplicate sign up fees that may have been applied.

At this point, you have successfully changed division leaders. You will now need to reach out to your new account administrator to get them to setup your new account.
