"Spam Blocking" or "Submitting Message has Failed" Error Message

If you are receiving a message that is stating either "SPAM blocking: volume/velocity policies reached and content filtering" or "Submitting Message has Failed", this is because of a new notification feature that informs the customer when they are blocked from sending SMS due to being flagged as spam. This prevents you from having to manually log in to the ConnectMeVoice portal and check your current status.
