Once you have enabled the SMS feature as part of your VanillaSoft VoIP line, you will be able to send and receive SMS messages. More information on how to use the SMS feature can be found in our How to send and receive SMS messages in VanillaSoft article. If you have enabled the SMS feature but do not have the SMS icon beside the Contact's phone number, this issue is usually due to a profile or Project configuration.
