Using the Voicemail Drop feature is a quick and easy way to leave a pre-recorded message without having to go through the hassle of manually speaking the message each time. With this feature, you're able to move on to the next call while the system leaves the message on the recipient's mailbox. VMDrop recordings can be copied to other users to keep greater uniformity in the business.
