With VanillaSoft, you have the ability to add a single contact to your Project. This gives you the freedom to ensure your contact list is fully up-to-date, even in a short notice or an 'on the fly' situation. Below are the steps on how to add a single contact to a Project.

Adding a Contact as an Admin
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
- Select the project that you would like the contact to be added to.
- Open the Contacts & Reports tab at the top of the page and select New Contact (shown below).
- Enter all of the desired Contact's information.
- Once done, click Save.
Adding a Contact as a Caller
- Log in to VanillaSoft as a Caller.
- Ensure you are in the Project that you would like the contact to be added to.
- Click Add (shown below).
- Enter all of the desired Contact's information.
- Once done, click Save.
