With VanillaSoft, you can add a single Contact to your Project. This gives you the freedom to ensure your contact list is entirely up to date, even on short notice or if a new Contact is needed on the fly. Below are the steps to add a single Contact to a Project.

Adding a Contact as an Admin
- Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
- Select the desired Project where you want to add a contact.
- Under Contacts & Reports, select New Contact.
- Enter all desired information in the fields for the new Contact.
- Once done, click Save.
Adding a Contact as a Caller
- Log in to VanillaSoft as a Caller.
- Open the Project and Teams menu.
- If you don't have access to the Project and Teams menu, skip to step 4.
- Hover over the desired Project, then select the desired Team.
- Click Add.
- Enter all desired information in the fields for the new Contact.
- Once done, click Save.
