How To Add a Single Contact

With VanillaSoft, you have the ability to add a single contact to your Project. This gives you the freedom to ensure your contact list is fully up-to-date, even in a short notice or an 'on the fly' situation. Below are the steps on how to add a single contact to a Project.

Adding a Contact as an Admin

  1. Log in to VanillaSoft as an Admin.
  2. Select the project that you would like the contact to be added to.
  3. Open the Contacts & Reports tab at the top of the page and select New Contact (shown below).
  4. Enter all of the desired Contact's information.
  5. Once done, click Save.

Adding a Contact as a Caller

  1. Log in to VanillaSoft as a Caller.
  2. Ensure you are in the Project that you would like the contact to be added to.
  3. Click Add (shown below).
  4. Enter all of the desired Contact's information.
  5. Once done, click Save.
