The VanillaSoft VoIP portal has a new interface called Clarity. Any user with an existing VanillaSoft VoIP phone number can sign up. This article will show the steps necessary to register for the VanillaSoft VoIP portal.
Register for the VanillaSoft VoIP Portal
When registering, you will need access to the email associated with your VanillaSoft account. Additionally, you will need your voicemail password, also known as your access code.
- Go to your VanillaSoft VoIP Portal, then you will see the login page.
- Click on the Create a new user link.
- Enter your existing VanillaSoft VoIP phone number.
- If you have one, enter your VoIP extension.
- Enter your voicemail password, also known as your access code.
- Enter the email address associated with the phone number.
- Click Create User.
- You will receive a verification email thanking you for signing up. Inside the email will be a security code that you will use to complete the registration process.
- Enter the Security Code you received after signing up.
- Enter your desired Username for your account.
- Enter your desired Password for your account, typing it again in the Confirm Password field.
- Click Create User.
- A notification will appear to confirm your User account was created. Click Login to log in to the VanillaSoft VoIP Portal.
- At the login page, enter the Username and Password you just created, then click Login.
- When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to verify your email. Click Send an email to... to receive a new email containing a verification code.
- Enter the Verification Code, then click Verify.
- A verified notification will appear. Click Login to return to the login page.
- At the login page, enter your Username and Password, then click Login.
