If you can't log in to your VanillaSoft VoIP Portal using your username and password, the login page provides an option to email you your username or reset your password.

Forgot Your Username
- Go to your VanillaSoft VoIP Portal, then you will see the login page.
- Click Forgot your username.
- Enter your email address associated with your VanillaSoft VoIP.
- If you enter an invalid email you will not receive a recovery email.
- Click Submit.
- Open the recovery email sent to you which will contain your username.
Use the username shown in the recovery email to log in to your VoIP portal. If you are still unable to log in, continue to follow the steps below to reset your VoIP portal password.
Forgot Your Password
- Go to your VanillaSoft VoIP Portal, then you will see the login page.
- Click Forgot your password.
- Enter your Username associated with your VanillaSoft VoIP.
- If you enter an invalid Username, you will not receive a recovery email.
- Click Submit.
- Open the recovery email sent to you which will contain a temporary password.
Use the temporary password shown in the recovery email to log in to your VoIP portal. If you are still unable to log in, and haven't done so already, follow the steps above to recover your VoIP portal username.
