Signing up for VanillaSoft as a USHA agent is a simple and efficient process designed to get you started quickly. Here's a detailed guide to help you navigate the signup process:
Step-by-Step Signup Process

Visit the Registration Form: Open the USHA New Customer Registration form.

Enter Your Name: Fill in your First Name and Last Name. This will be your name on your VanillaSoft profile.

Provide Your Email: Enter the Email Address that will be associated with your VanillaSoft account. This email will be used for all communications and will also serve as your username for logging in.

Select Your Team Leader: Open the Team Leader drop-down and choose the name of your US Health division leader.

Choose Your VoIP Phone Number State (if applicable): If the Team Leader you selected includes VoIP, a new VoIP Phone Number State drop-down will appear. Select the state you will be operating out of to determine the area code of your new VoIP phone number.

Select Your VoIP Area Code: Once you've chosen your state, open the VoIP Area Code drop-down and select your preferred area code for your new VoIP phone number.

Proceed to Payment: Click Continue to move to the Payment Information page.

Enter Payment Information: Enter your credit card details, including the card number, expiration date, and the name on the card.

Enter Billing Address: Provide your billing address, including your full name, phone number, home address, city, state, and zip code.

Review Your Order: Once done, click Continue to review your information.

Place Your Order: If all information is correct, click Place Order to submit your order request.

Wait for Confirmation: After clicking Place Order, you'll see a confirmation message with an order number. You don't need to wait for this page to load fully as your order has already been submitted.
After Signup

Confirmation Emails: Once your order is processed and completed, you'll receive 2-3 confirmation emails. These will include an email with your VanillaSoft login credentials for accessing your account, an order confirmation with your order number, and, if your order included a new VoIP line, a VoIP line activation email.

Project and Team Assignment: You may need to contact your USHA Admin to get assigned to a Project and Team to gain access to contacts. Your USHA Admin can follow the steps in the How To Assign a User to a Project and Team article to assign you to a Project and Team.
