Geolocation Filters, a type of Intellective Routing Filter, allow you to route contacts based on their geographic location. Contacts must have geolocation information (latitude & longitude) to use this feature. Once you draw and save the area, and assign it to a User or Team, only contacts within that area will be routed to the designated User or Team. For information on other types of Intellective Routing Filters, refer to the Create a Routing Filter article.
