Here is a list of commonly used free-email server settings. You will use these settings if you don't have/use your own email server. Please follow the instructions listed in the Setting Up Your Email Account article to find out how to enter these settings into your profile. 

Note: If your email provider is not listed here, or if the configuration does not validate, you will need to reach out to your email provider to get validated. 

 

AOL/Aolmail

Host / Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.aol.com
Account Name/User Name: Your AOL address (for example, example@aol.com)
Password: Your AOL password

Gmail

It is recommended that you use the native 'Connect with Google' method instead of SMTP to connect to your Google account.
