Viewing User SMTP Status
Admins have the ability to view the SMTP statuses of all users in VanillaSoft. If a user's SMTP Status is "Inactive," it indicates that they don't have SMTP configured or the SMTP configuration is not currently validated. This guide will walk you through the steps to export and view user details, including SMTP status.
Why Check SMTP Status?

Exporting User's Details
To view the SMTP status and other user details, follow these steps to export the information to a .CSV file.

Access Users Section: From the Admin homepage, select the Users section from the top menu.

Export to Excel: Click Export to Excel on the top-right of the users list.

Open CSV File: Once the download is complete, open the .CSV file in a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel or a cloud-based application such as Google Sheets.

View SMTP Status: Look at the SMTP Status column to see if a user's status is Active or Inactive.

The exported .CSV file will include various user details, such as:

Note: The file will only list active VanillaSoft user accounts.
