Understanding Activity Icons on Your VanillaSoft Dashboard
The Activity column on your VanillaSoft Dashboard uses colored icons to indicate how long it has been since a user last resulted a call. This visual cue helps quickly assess user activity levels. You can hover over the icon to see the exact time of the last resulted contact.
Icon Colors and Their Meanings
- Green: The last contact was resulted less than 10 minutes ago.
- Yellow: The last contact was resulted 10 to 20 minutes ago.
- Red: The last contact was resulted more than 20 minutes ago.
By understanding these icons, you can efficiently monitor user activity and ensure timely follow-ups.
